This place is AWESOME!!! I actually relocated from Florida to AZ for work. I was on a very tight schedule and Jen and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate my moving schedule. A part from the awesome staff and management at this property, I enjoyed living here for the past year. The apartments are nice, well kept, spacious, and the maintenance staff is excellent. They just did a remodel for the pool and clubhouse area and it looks really nice.

Best apartments I have lived at so far. Jenny and Brianna are awesome! The place is very well kept. They do activities with the renters all the time. Never seen a bug in the 2 years I've lived there. Had no problem setting up a move out inspection. The maintenance responds to your call promptly.

I have lived here for over 4 years. Not only are the staff FANTASTIC but professional. Work orders are dealt with within a few days, the pool is amazing and there are no bugs. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile and no matter what you need they will help you. I'm never moving into another apartment.

When I moved in, my apartment was updated almost like nobody had ever lived here before. Everything was extremely clean and the handy work was done with care. The office girls are kind, efficient and reply to messages very quick. Parking is very easy to find and the complex is well maintained. When there is anything going on that requires communication, mass emails are sent out quickly as well as updates on the situation...

I lived there back in 2018 and it was the BEST place to raise my family. Right near everything, from grocery stores to the mall! Got too pricey to stay but if you can afford it, this is the place to be! I wish I could move back.

5 Stars!! I have lived here since January of 2012. The management here keeps a safe and well-maintained property. Every time I have a question, they answer it for me. The maintenance staff is excellent. They respond quickly and get the repairs done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this property.

We are in a three bedroom apartment and love the floor plan. Had issues with carpet in living room and master bedroom…they replaced both. Staff has been very accommodating and friendly.
