Renting with a pet can have its challenges no matter where you live, but finding the right community can be incredibly rewarding. Waterford at Superstition Springs knows your four-footed companions are happiest right by your side and that’s why we allow up to two pets per household.

Waterford has plenty of space for your pets including large private patios and balconies. Our community is also purr-fectly located minutes from Remy’s Dog Park at Red Mountain Park and Cosmo Dog Park, both offering beautiful scenery and plenty of recreational space for you and your animals to enjoy.

Here at Waterford, our community loves pets, nonetheless we ask that our furry friends are kept on a leash at all times when in the public. We take pride in our property and are delighted to know our residents clean up after their pets. We encourage all pet owners to carry a supply of bags and use the provided stations to dispose of waste.

This place is AWESOME!!! I actually relocated from Florida to AZ for work. I was on a very tight schedule and Jen and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate my moving schedule. A part from the awesome staff and management at this property, I enjoyed living here for the past year. The apartments are nice, well kept, spacious, and the maintenance staff is excellent. They just did a remodel for the pool and clubhouse area and it looks really nice.

Best apartments I have lived at so far. Jenny and Brianna are awesome! The place is very well kept. They do activities with the renters all the time. Never seen a bug in the 2 years I've lived there. Had no problem setting up a move out inspection. The maintenance responds to your call promptly.

I have lived here for over 4 years. Not only are the staff FANTASTIC but professional. Work orders are dealt with within a few days, the pool is amazing and there are no bugs. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile and no matter what you need they will help you. I'm never moving into another apartment.

When I moved in, my apartment was updated almost like nobody had ever lived here before. Everything was extremely clean and the handy work was done with care. The office girls are kind, efficient and reply to messages very quick. Parking is very easy to find and the complex is well maintained. When there is anything going on that requires communication, mass emails are sent out quickly as well as updates on the situation...

I lived there back in 2018 and it was the BEST place to raise my family. Right near everything, from grocery stores to the mall! Got too pricey to stay but if you can afford it, this is the place to be! I wish I could move back.
